Tomm Jewellery
is a looking for a special individual to join their team to help create beautiful, engaging content for a growing UK jewellery brand. You will support the founder and team in creating digital content that brings our story to life.
Key Responsibilities
Tasks include planning and filming TikToks and Reels
Assisting with photoshoots and editing videos
Creating graphics for email and social media and uploading content to our website.
Helping style jewellery, organise shoot days, brainstorm campaign ideas, and report on content performance.
Being involved in every stage of the content process, from idea to post.
Learning how to create content that builds connection, driving engagement, and supporting brand growth.

Working Week:
Minimum of 30 hours per with one day for remote study, although total hours open to discussion. 9am - 5pm each day with 30 minutes for lunch.
Salary:
14,722.50 per annum depending on age and in line with the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage - see further information below.

Future Prospects:
There is opportunity for a permanent role after successful completion of the apprenticeship, with ongoing training and development in marketing or production.

Things to Consider:
The studio is in Chichester so the successful applicant must be able to travel to site daily.
There will be occasional requirements to support weekend events or content filming
Learning at Chichester College may be undertaken remotely or onsite with classroom attendance.
This is a 18-month apprenticeship including end point assessment.

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is 7.55 per hour (As of the 1st April 2025). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16- to 18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their ages applies.
