Are you organised, confident on the phone, and excited to learn how to build relationships with customers? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing wellness brand as an?Apprentice Customer Service & Sales Assistant?at our Tunbridge Wells office.

At?Japanese Head Spa Co., we specialise in training, equipment, and products for Japanese head spa -- and we work with clients all over the UK and internationally. You'll gain hands-on experience in customer care, admin, sales, and wellness product knowledge in a calm and supportive office environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Contact past or interested customers to follow up and encourage them to complete their booking or purchase Respond to enquiries by phone, email, social media and live chat in a friendly, professional manner Process orders for products and equipment and training Assist with customer questions about training courses, tools, equipment and our Cherry Blossom product line Engage with existing and former clients to maintain relationships and support ongoing business opportunities. Keep accurate records in our CRM system Ability to demonstrate initiative by proactively presenting new ideas and improvements to management. Support the team with general admin and day-to-day office tasks Learn about sales techniques and customer engagement Weekly reporting to management
What We're Looking For

Confident communicator, especially on the phone Friendly, professional, and self-motivated Willing to follow up with customers and ask for the sale (training provided) Strong attention to detail and good time management Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, typing) Positive attitude and a genuine interest in beauty, wellness, or Japanese culture No previous experience needed -- just the right mindset and eagerness to learn
