The Role
We're looking for a
North West-based mountain biker or EMTB rider
to join our marketing and content team.
Ideal for a college leaver
, you'll be creating/editing short-form video, writing high-quality web articles, and contributing to our social media channels and digital presence.
Key responsibilities:
Edit engaging video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, in-store clips, trail features)
Create clean, well-written blog posts and buyer guides for our website
Design basic infographics, social assets, and product visuals (Adobe Suite or similar)
Assist with product launches, event content, and content planning
What You'll Get
This is a full-time, three-year
BA (Hons) Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship
delivered in partnership with UCLan. You'll:
Study 1 day a week during lectures at term time
Work 4 days a week in our North West office
Gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving retail and content environment
Build a skill set that's directly applicable to the MTB and outdoor industry
Graduate with a full honours degree -- without student debt
Who We're Looking For
Must-haves:
A genuine passion for mountain biking or EMTB
Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Strong written English -- able to write creatively without heavy editing
Confidence using social platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook)
Understanding of at least the basic differences between mountain bikes and eMTBs
Bonus if you have:
A small content portfolio (videos, reels, articles, blogs, social posts -- anything MTB related)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
Shot your own GoPro footage or trail edits
Entry Criteria
To apply, you'll need:
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above)
One of the following:
112+ UCAS points (A-levels or BTEC)
A completed Level 3 Apprenticeship in a related subject
