Kickstart your career in early years education at The Nest Daycare at Portway. Support children aged 1-4 years in line with the EYFS framework, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Work alongside our experienced team, assist with high-quality care and learning, and gain practical experience while supporting the smooth running of our busy Daycare.

What we are looking for



GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (or willingness to achieve during apprenticeship) Willingness to work towards Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification Experience working or volunteering with children in an Early Years environment Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities under supervision Strong teamwork and communication skills Nurturing, enthusiastic, and professional Reliable, flexible, and committed to training Commitment to upholding nursery values and inclusion
