What you'll be doing

As an Apprentice Electrical Design engineer you will be the designer of electrical systems. Your job is planning the wiring and lighting for a new building or project. It's about making sure the designs are practical and meet safety standards. You'll learn how to use design software and understand electrical engineering principles.

Who we're looking for

For our the SVQ3 Level Modern Apprenticeship, you'll need a relevant Higher or equivalent at passing grades. This programme offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, with a focus on more technical or specialized roles to help you build expertise.
