About the Role:

We are seeking a committed and motivated

Apprentice Electrical / Mechanical Engineer

to join our service team. Although you will primarily focus on electrical or mechanical engineering, this role falls under the broader discipline of

electro-mechanical engineering

, and therefore, a flexible and integrated approach is essential.

You will play a hands-on role in both

installation and aftercare servicing

, supporting a wide range of projects and customer needs. As your apprenticeship progresses, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of our operations, assisting other departments as needed, including during periods of high workload or staff absence.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a solid foundation in a dynamic and technically varied environment, with ongoing training and development provided throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical and mechanical systems Support senior engineers in delivering high-quality service to clients Participate in training and development across departments to build broad expertise Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service

, as required Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary

Requirements:

1 year of experience (preferred) in either electrical or mechanical engineering

Full UK Driving Licence

(required) A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Flexibility to travel and work outside normal hours when required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills
