Eden are looking for a confident individual with excellent skills in communication and planning, to coordinate the customer facing aspects and administration of apprenticeship learners testing and mock EPA through to Gateway and on to End Point Assessment with the End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAOs).

Key Responsibilities
  • To coordinate all End Point Assessment administrative activities for learners undertaking an apprenticeship programme
  • To manage and maintain post gateway testing requirements and records with learners and employers
  • To feedback to internal and external customers the results of testing undertaken
  • To access and upload information to the EPAOs sites the learners’ evidence for EPA
  • To liaise with the EPAs to organise and/or confirm their activities where appropriate
  • Maintain records in Maytas with timely accurate information on each individual EPA activity
  • Inform Skills Tutors as to the progress being made by each learner progressing through Gateway and EPA
  • Carry out quality monitoring/courtesy calls to learners and employers as operational support dictates
  • Support in any necessary intervention activity to support retention and achievement of learners in line with operational priorities
  • Remote delivery of invigilator training and completion of associated documents in line with internal and EPAO quality requirements
  • To provide effective IAG service to both internal and external clients/customers
  • Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line management
  • Promote Eden Training Solutions at every opportunity with employers and learners
  • Actively market business opportunities and report accordingly
  • Manage own time effectively in order to progress learners including completion of paperwork and updating of systems

Experience/Skills Required
  • A working knowledge of the sector would be desirable, with full training available where necessary
  • IT literate
  • Experience of working in a strong customer focus environment

  • Perform any other duties in line with the needs of the business

Desired qualifications

  • Grades 7-4/A-C GCSE or equivalent in maths, English and IT. Other qualifications may be considered
