Level 3 Engineering Design Technician qualification

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and modifying

engineering and fabrication drawings

using AutoCAD. Reading and interpreting

technical drawings

to ensure accuracy and compliance. Producing

detailed fabrication and assembly drawings

for steel structures. Supporting our engineers and production teams to deliver live projects. Learning how to

turn designs into reality

using industry-standard software and manufacturing processes.
What We're Looking For

A

genuine interest

in engineering, design, or manufacturing. A

keen eye for detail

and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD experience is a plus!).

Team player

with good communication skills.

GCSEs

(or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science - grade 4 (C) or above preferred. A

positive attitude

and willingness to learn.
Training & Development

Work towards your

Level 3 Engineering Design Technician Apprenticeship

hands-on experience

in a real steel manufacturing environment. Learn from

experienced engineers
