Jacobs Steel have been established over 40 years and have six offices spanning the south coast, from Goring to Brighton & Hove. We are seeking an apprentice/ junior estate agent to join our sales team in our busy flagship Worthing Town Centre branch.

As an apprentice you will work a 5 day week which includes Saturdays with a day off in the week. We appreciate all the effort our team members put into their careers and make sure that no achievement goes unnoticed. We make sure our staff are rewarded and this is demonstrated by our exceptional staff retention rate. In fact, most of our Branch Managers and Senior Property Consultants have worked their way up from junior level; and we would like to think that any new addition to our business could do the same.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Building relationships with customers Regular telephone interaction with applicants Registering prospective buyers/ tenants Booking and carrying out property viewings Office administration - such as designing floor plans, producing property files and uploading photos
