is looking for a motivated

Apprentice Fleet Administrator

to support the management of their vehicle fleet and develop skills in administration, compliance, and operations. This role is perfect for someone who has just left school or college, wanting to start a career in fleet, logistics or business administration within a fast-paced, hands-on industry. The successful applicant will help to manage our vehicle assets efficiently, ensuring compliance, and assisting with day-to-day fleet coordination tasks.

This apprenticeship will offer valuable on-the-job training, whilst gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including registration, MOT, servicing, insurance etc. Assist with the administration for new fleet and de-fleet Update and maintain fleet compliance, ensuring records are up to date Work with the team to maximise system capabilities, reducing administrative tasks and improving the user experience for employees and managers Learn and apply industry regulations including DVLA, Health and Safety etc. Supporting the Fleet and Logistics team with additional tasks and projects as required in line with our goals and business strategy

Working Week:

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday -8am - 4pm to include one day for study and college attendance in Chichester when required

Salary:

15,704 per annum in line the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage depending on age. For further information please read below.

Qualifications Required:

GCSE Maths and English minimum grade 4 required to apply for this apprenticeship role

Things to Consider:



This is a 21-month apprenticeship including end point assessment. Applicants MUST BE resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning and have work authorisation for the UK. Applicants must be free from full time education and have the relevant minimum grades required to apply. Applicants WILL NOT BE eligible to apply if they have already achieved a qualification which is equal to or higher thank the apprenticeship standard on offer. Applicants MUST BE resident in the area local to the apprenticeship opportunity or be prepared to relocate in time to start employment and study. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is 7.55 per hour (As of the 1st April 2025). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16 to 18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their ages applies.
