We are seeking a talented and passionate Apprentice Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Apprentice Hair Stylist, you will be responsible taught a range of hair services while also engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met. This role offers an opportunity to learn new skills in barbering, hair styling, and beauty treatments, while contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Duties

Learn high-quality hair cutting, styling, and colouring services tailored to individual client preferences. Learnbarbering services as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Engage with clients in a friendly manner, offering advice on hair care and styling options. Learn and practice front desk operations including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue. Support junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Commitment to being Hair Stylist and achieving relevant qualifications in hairdressing or barbering.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential. Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining client satisfaction. A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.

Pay: From 7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
