: To provide assistance/support to the ICT Technical Services Team & Network Manager, teaching staff, pupils and parents plus other stakeholders.
Working under the direction of the Network Manager providing set up for individuals on systems and support using tools to problem-solve and troubleshoot, including the operation of a helpdesk. To support in the general maintenance and upkeep of computers and equipment throughout the site, ensuring that high standards are maintained.

Information Communication Technicians play a vital role in maintaining and optimising the computer and communication systems used by organisations. These systems power operations and support decision making, ensuring businesses run smoothly and securely.
They use infrastructure management tools to automate key tasks, including provisioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring of IT and telecommunications components.
The apprenticeship is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to ensure the efficient operation and management of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, data storage and cloud services.
