What we're looking for:
We're after bright and diligent individuals who can communicate technical issues to non-tech-savvy users. No jargon, just plain English!
A basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and network architecture will give you a head start in this IT adventure.
Prioritising tasks with a customer-focused approach is your secret weapon. Plus, being a team player is a must. We're all in this together!
