You will be joining a relaxed, friendly, and hard-working office. Your role will be varied and closely working with other members of staff as well as on your own. If you like to work in the legal profession this is an excellent office to start this journey

Future Prospects



If fulltime was to be offered various roles from reception to legal assistant/secretary of around 21k plus. Eventually could become with training and exams CILEX and become a Fee earner salary would be 40-60k

The Company



We are a firm of solicitors who specialise in conveyancing, probate, and commercial.

Your Role



Your contributions will be well valued to all teams with the company. From front of house reception to helping lawyers with there case load. Your will become an important part of the day to day running of the office.

Reception - front of house dealing with phone calls and clients. DR/CR payments - using DR/CR machine to take large amounts of monies. Filing - general Closure of Case files. Deed Packets. - Creating and maintaining deeds records. Post duties - Franking mail along with taking post to local post office. Open in coming post along with distribution of it. Photocopying and scanning of documents

Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A-C/9-4 in maths & English

Training to be provided



Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

This Apprenticeship will involve:



Off the job training You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
