Administration but interesting - this is a varied role the candidate will be involved in a number of support tasks and progression is there for the correct candidate

Your Role
Duties will include, but not limited to,
Answering Phones.
Booking Appointments
Saving Documents/messages to clients file on Bullseye Case Management System
Booking Prison visits in person and via video link.
Locating Clients via find a prisoner.
Scanning documents on to files
Franking and enveloping post, ready to take to post office.
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
Arranging interpreters for video links or visits.
Making Tea and coffee for clients/partners.
Assisting with ongoing matters where clients are bailed to return to a Police Station - chasing officer, Send and type letters or emails to clients with updates, telephone calls to clients, calling officers, emailing custody and officers. Updating bullseye of new bail date and also billing.
Archiving files on Bullseye
Any Ad hoc assistance required by Fee Earners
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship will involve:

You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
