Your Role
We expect the apprentice to support our administrative and legal teams by handling client files, drafting correspondence, answering phones, and updating records accurately and professionally.
The apprentice will help streamline our administrative processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and improved response times for client communications.
Greeting clients and handling telephone/email enquiries
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Supporting solicitors with basic legal admin tasks
Booking appointments and maintaining diaries
Updating case files using internal systems
Ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
