Your Role
.Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive
Answer and forward all incoming phone calls/taking messages
Receive, sort and distribute post
Photocopying
Opening and Closing files
Updating and Maintaining paper and electronic records
Typing correspondence
Processing outgoing post
Provide support to the Fee Earners
Diary Management
Ad-hoc duties where necessary

Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A
-C/9-4 in maths & English
Training to be provided
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship will involve:
Off the job training
You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
