How the Apprenticeship will work:
Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The course duration is 12 months.
The Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career!
You will also receive additional training from a leading property specialist who will provide you with all the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities of a Apprentice Lettings Valuer:
Assist in the management of a portfolio of properties.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords, addressing their feedback and concerns
Assist in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.
Organise market appraisals and carry out research prior to the appointment
Gain knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenities
Clearing property access for new listings.
Handle key cutting for our properties.
Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the team accordingly or taking messages.
Chase terms of business or compliance documents from clients
