Role Overview:


This apprenticeship supports the

care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5 years

in an early years setting, while working towards a

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (equivalent to A Levels)

. You'll gain hands-on experience alongside qualified staff while completing structured training.

Key Responsibilities:

Support practitioners in delivering the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

curriculum. Care for children's daily needs (feeding, toileting, nappy changing). Plan, provide, and support age-appropriate play and learning activities. Safeguard children's welfare and maintain a safe, hygienic environment. Observe, assess, and record children's learning and progress. Build positive relationships with parents and carers. Work with colleagues and external agencies when needed.
Attend training, staff meetings, and contribute to maintaining high standards.
