We are looking for one Level 3 Financial Services Administrator Apprentices
Summary of Financial Services Administrator Apprentice
As a Financial Services Administrator Apprentice you will gain valuable hands on experience on a fast paced environment whilst studying towards completing your Financial Services Administration Level 3 qualification. This is a great opportunity to kick start your career within the financial services industry with a supportive team that's committed to your development and success.
What will you be doing:
As a Financial Services Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting our office operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Managing incoming emails and telephone enquiries
Preparing and collating letters and client communications
Providing excellent service to clients and colleagues
Using Insurance portals and calling providers, a professional telephone manner is a must
Handling regulated documentation and data processing
Using internal CRM and tracking systems and having attention to detail to aid efficiency.
The team is small, but it is a fast paced environment and a great atmosphere
Full training is provided, so no prior industry experience is required. What matters most is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence in speaking to the public.
Essential skills:
Education GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C (9-4) are requirements, Confident on the phone
Speak clearly
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and a professional approach
A desire to build a long-term career in financial services
Be a team player and know when to ask for help (never struggle alone!)
What qualification will you get?
At the end of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 3 Financial Services Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
Training & Development
You'll be enrolled on the
Level 3 Financial Services Adviser apprenticeship
, giving you the skills, knowledge, and recognition to progress within this career pathway and the industry as a whole.
Apprenticeship training is delivered weekly online by our experienced tutors, who bring years of specialist insight from the financial services sector. Each week includes:
3 hours of live online training
3 hours of self-directed learning and tasks
All training activity is logged in your e-portfolio and contributes to your off-the-job requirements
You will also receive on the job training from the current team and guided in how to progress within your role and become a valued member of the team
Additionally, you'll complete workplace learning activities such as research, job shadowing, and industry tasks. Your tutor will also visit the workplace every four weeks for support and progress reviews.
