We're looking for a motivated individual to join our production team as an
Apprentice Liquid Production Technician
. This is a hands-on, full-time apprenticeship where you'll gain essential skills in beverage manufacturing -- from precision blending and recipe control to LEAN production and compliance.What You'll Be Doing
Batch Preparation & Blending
Assist with preparing and mixing ingredients for beverage production, following detailed blending sheets and recipes.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all batches under the supervision of experienced production staff.
LEAN Manufacturing Practices
Learn how to identify and reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the blending and production areas.
Compliance & Record Keeping
Complete batch records, blending documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and on time.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work alongside skilled blenders, technicians, and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
Training & Apprenticeship Development
Take part in all in-house and external training opportunities, working steadily towards completing your apprenticeship qualification.
What We're Looking For
An interest in food & drink production, chemistry, or manufacturing (relevant study or experience is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail, especially when measuring and preparing blends.
Practical, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions carefully.
A team player with good communication skills.
