1. Apprentice Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Employed)

Kickstart your financial services career with full training and a clear progression path.

What you'll do (initial responsibilities):

Provide admin support to the mortgage team Help prepare and process mortgage & protection applications Assist with compliance checks, document management, and case progression Communicate with clients, lenders, and solicitors Learn the full end-to-end advice process

As you progress you'll work towards:

Fully funded CeMAP qualification Transitioning into a client-facing Mortgage & Protection Advisor role Building long-term client relationships

What we're looking for:

Motivated, organised individual with a positive attitude Great communication skills Good attention to detail Willingness to learn and progress No experience needed -- full training provided

Details:

Employed position

Full-time, Monday-Friday (10AM-5PM)

Full training and study support

2. Newly Qualified Mortgage Advisor (Self-Employed)

You've got the qualifications -- now build your advice career with full support.

What you'll get:

What we're looking for:

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Positive, coachable, and driven to build your client base Professional communication and customer service skills

Ideal for:

Advisors who have recently passed CeMAP but need hands-on support, structure, and guidance to succeed.

3. Experienced Mortgage Advisor (Self-Employed)

High-earning potential with an established brand supporting your growth.
