Apprentice Nursery Practitioner
Duties:
- Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Support the lead nursery practitioner in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Help with the daily care routines, including feeding, changing diapers, and nap times
- Engage in play and educational activities with the children
- Monitor and ensure the safety of the children at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and a desire to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from senior staff members
- Basic understanding of child development principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required by local regulations
