This exciting opportunity has arisen within our employee owned, Glasgow based, mechanical services company.
You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the business by providing colleagues with administrative support, all while enjoying a full and structured training programme and gaining a qualification.
This position would suit a school leaver who is looking to achieve an SCQF 6 in Business and Administration.
Responsibilities
Managing phone call and email correspondence
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
Typing, printing and scanning documents
Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations
Creating and updating records and spreadsheets
Preparing and submitting timely reports
Ordering office supplies
Desirable Skills:
IT skills (experience of Word and Excel)
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail
Confident telephone manner and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and reliable
