As an Apprentice Procurement Administrator, you will report directly to the Head of Group Procurement and will provide proactive daily support to ensure our current Supplier database is up to date with all relevant supplier documents as well as onboarding of new suppliers. This role a is crucial pillar that keeps our entire supply chain compliant and legal.

Key Responsibilities

Complete supplier onboarding. Liaise with suppliers to ensure documentation is in date and compliant. Maintain the supplier A - Z database. Maintain service board to ensure KPI's are met. Support with audits to ensure we are compliant. General administration tasks.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

No prior knowledge is required to be successful in this role, and full training will be given. We see this role as a good start for someone looking to start their career in Procurement, and an office role in general.
