The Role:

Are you interested in a career in construction but not sure where to start? Join us as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor and get real-world experience while working towards recognised qualifications. You'll be part of our team, learning from experts, and helping deliver projects that you can see.

What You'll Do:

Learn to measure and value work on site. Support the preparation of tenders and contracts. Help track project costs and report on progress. Assist with subcontractor payments and variations. Work closely with site teams, suppliers, and clients. Keep project records organised and up to date.

Who You Are:

Curious, motivated, and ready to start your career in construction. You enjoy numbers, problem-solving, and working with people. You want to learn on the job and gain skills that will set you up for a long-term career in the industry.

Skills & Qualities:

Numerate and detail-focused. Good communicator and team player. Enthusiastic about learning and developing. Interest in construction or engineering is a plus.
