Job Description

Preston Plant Ltd are looking for an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to support the team with on-site training, hands-on experience, cost control, buying, take-offs, and tender documents.

In this role, you will be responsible for: - Assisting in the preparation of cost estimate budgets and tender documents. - Supporting the measurement and calculation of works. - Monitoring project loss reports related to variations. - Assisting in the preparation of interim valuations. - Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. - Learning and applying construction contracts legislation and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Hours: 40.00 per week
