Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying. The successful candidate will support our experienced surveyors on a variety of construction and property projects, developing practical skills and knowledge in cost management, procurement, and contract administration.

And as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor with Bellrock Consulting, you'll do it by

Assist in the preparation of cost assessments, cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents Support the measurement and valuation of works on site Help with the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts Learn to assess variations and manage cost control Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants Attend site visits and meetings under supervision Maintain project documentation and assist in reporting progress Undertake academic studies and work towards achieving a professional qualification (e.g., RICS-accredited degree).

What does it take?

If you're ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you'll need


GCSEs (including Maths and English) at grade 4/C or above; A-levels or equivalent qualifications preferred A genuine interest in the construction and property industry Strong numeracy, communication, and organisational skills Eagerness to learn and develop professionally Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London Paddington office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
