The post-holder will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants and clients at the Enterprise Centre, providing a professional and welcoming front of house service.
The role supports the smooth day to day running of the centre by delivering high-quality reception, administrative and business support services.
This includes managing enquiries, bookings and communications, maintaining office systems and records and assisting with the coordination of events, tenants and community activities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Provide a warm and professional environment to all visitors, tenants and clients
2. Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
3. Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming reception area
4. Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
5. Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems
6. Manage and coordinate meeting room and minibus hire, external bookings and tenants' enquiries.
7. Assist with financial administration
8. Prepare letters, reports and other documents when required
9. Support the Centre Manager with monitoring and reporting tasks
10. Comply with all Rotunda's policies and procedures, i.e. Code of Conduct, Heath and Safety and Equality and Diversity Policy.
11. Assist with marketing and communications (e.g. updating noticeboards, social media and newsletters if required
12. Support community and enterprise activities delivered through the centre
13. Uphold the values and professional values of Rotunda Enterprise Centre
14. Respond to general enquiries regarding all services offered by Rotunda
15. Attend training events as required in relation to duties and responsibilities

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Ideal
Willingness to develop knowledge of enterprise operations such as finance, compliance and customer management
Knowledge and experience of data gathering and interpretation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines
Familiar within GDPR processes when handling personal data
Qualifications
GCSE Math & English and good overall standard of Education
