: 14,565 per annum for first 12 months rising to National Minimum Wage for Age

: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays

Full time, Fixed Term, Apprenticeship - duration 21 months

Join Middlesbrough College as an Apprenticeship Recruitment Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering a smooth and efficient recruitment process for apprenticeships. You'll support candidates through pre-employment checks, telephone screenings, and initial assessments, while maintaining accurate records and providing advice and guidance to applicants and students. This dynamic role also involves promoting apprenticeship opportunities through social media, events, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely communication and collaboration with recruitment consultants to deliver an exceptional service. From day one, you'll be hands-on, learning from experienced professionals while gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Admin qualification.





What You'll Be Doing:




As an Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator you will:


Support with applicant pre-employment checks that apply for apprenticeships delivered by Middlesbrough College. Support with telephone screenings for new applicants applying for apprenticeships and arranging first stage interviews. Support with the setup of initial assessments at first stage interviews, including invigilating these assessments. Support with end process documentation creation and chasing. Provide support to college students enabling them to move into potential apprenticeships. Keep the Apprenticeship Records system up to date. Provide apprenticeship information, advice and guidance to applicants including CV writing support.

What We're Looking For:




We seek candidates who:


At least 3 GCSEs, including Grade 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role. Good personal presentation skills. Evidence of a desire to work in a busy office environment.
