Apprentice Refrigeration Engineer

As part of our team, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in a variety of settings, including commercial and industrial sites. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, learning the skills needed to become a fully qualified professional.
What You'll Be Doing:
? Assisting with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of refrigeration & air conditioning systems
? Learning to diagnose faults and carry out repairs under supervision
? Attending college or training sessions as part of your apprenticeship
? Following health & safety regulations and company policies
? Developing technical and practical skills on the job
What We're Looking For:
? A keen interest in engineering and mechanics
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
? Good communication skills
? GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English & Science (preferred but not essential)
? A full UK driving licence (or working towards one) is an advantage
