An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sales Team as an Apprentice Sales Administrator. Working towards your Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship, you will provide end-to-end admin support for the sales team, working closely with the Lead Sales Administrator to ensure all admin tasks are completed efficiently, accurately and on time. You will join a friendly and supportive team and will gain invaluable experience in all aspects of business administration.

What you will be doing
As an Apprentice Sales Administrator you will work closely with the Head of Project Sales, Sales Lead Administrator and the wider sales team, providing vital admin support to ensure smooth operation of the team.
The responsibilities captured below outline the main aspects of the role, however this is not exhaustive. We are a busy team where no two days are the same, so you will be required to adapt and respond to unexpected events as they come. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Lead Sales Administrator with completion of key administrative tasks, including preparing for sales meetings, assisting with end of month figures, collecting and producing weekly sales reports and covering for absence when required.
Monitor and manage the main sales inbox, responding promptly to queries and escalating when required.
Answering any calls to the main sales line, providing excellent customer service and escalating when required
Take ownership of completing routine administrative tasks such as archiving files, keeping key systems up to date, accurately logging sales quotes, updating the wider team with job changes etc.
