We have an excellent opportunity to join our newly created AbbeyAutoline Academy as an Apprentice Sales Advisor.

On an initial 18 month Apprenticeship Contract, you will receive support, training and guidance where you will not only earn while you learn, but also receive practical on the job training that will start your career with Northern Ireland\xe2\x80\x99s leading insurance broker.

After completing this initial contract and obtaining your NVQ Level 2, you will be welcomed as a permanent member of the team and continue on your learning and development journey by undertaking Level 3.

The starting salary for the apprenticeship roles is \xc2\xa318,500 rising to \xc2\xa319,250 after 12 months and rising further again at 18 months and upon completion of the level 2 Apprenticeship qualifications.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Provide expert and timely advice to new and existing customers regarding their personal insurance needs.
• Provide quotations and set up new policies, as well as policy adjustments and renewals.
• Identify sales opportunities for additional insurance products that may be of benefit to the customer.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints in accordance with company procedures in a calm and empathetic manner.
• After relevant training period, achieve personal monthly targets whilst maintaining correct standards of work and quality as required by the FCA (our regulator).

Experience / Qualifications:

• No experience required as full training will be provided internally alongside education support in conjunction with Belfast Met
• English, Maths and ICT GCSEs are essential. If missing, you will be able to take these qualifications with the support of the company.
