Focus SB is a multi-award-winning British brand renowned for the design, development and manufacture of premium electrical wiring accessories.

They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Advisor Apprentice at their St Leonards-on-Sea location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-award-winning British brand and work toward a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard ST0070. This role offers excellent prospects, with the potential to become a fully qualified Sales Adviser Specialist within the company.

Tasks & training details

As a Sales Adviser, your responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders, sample requests and quotations. Assisting customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience. Gaining technical product knowledge and collaborating with various departments.

Training to be provided:

On completion of the apprenticeship, you will have achieved the following qualification;

ST0070 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of end point assessment.
