Cleansing Service Group is an independently owned waste management company with a varied customer base, including both domestic and industrial. As a Sales Executive, you will be supporting the sales team to generate new business, working closely with all departments.

Location: Whiteley, Fareham

Salary: \xc2\xa3 24,939.24

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 40 hours

Purpose of the Role

\xc2\xb7 To support the Telesales Manager to lead, plan and implement the domestic sales growth strategy.

\xc2\xb7 To take responsibility of a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.

\xc2\xb7 To grow and develop new customer base in areas of low penetration.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

\xc2\xb7 To develop and maintain existing customer base into new areas.

\xc2\xb7 To complete the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.

\xc2\xb7 To comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours.

Role Accountabilities:

\xc2\xb7 To support the Telesales Manager to lead and implement the domestic sales growth strategy.

\xc2\xb7 To support the development of the domestic sales strategy, which ensures growth targets are achieved.

\xc2\xb7 To support the development of the sales through targeting prospective and existing /lapsed customers within chosen markets to create relationships and secure new business.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the sales pipeline of leads from the company data, self-generated, marketing and other sources across the business including inbound calls.

\xc2\xb7 To reduce number of cancelled customers by establishing reason for cancellation and acting within the best interests of company and customer to retain the business.

\xc2\xb7 Cross and up sell new products and services to new and existing customer base.

\xc2\xb7 To effectively communicate with all functions within the business to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

\xc2\xb7 To deliver sales and associated profit margins in line with expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all customer activity is logged on the CRM package, including all interaction, calls, emails, meetings, opportunities, quotes, and complaints.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure individual / team meets sales targets.

\xc2\xb7 Support the achievement of daily, monthly, and annual targets, (call, quote, and sales)

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Key performance indicators (calls per hour, wrap, calls answered) are adhered to and exceeded.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure revenue generation above targeted parameters to ensure the growth and sustainability of the role and business.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

\xc2\xb7 Take full responsibility for the delivery of the Customer Charter.

\xc2\xb7 Provide a proactive customer care support function which builds on customer needs and provides an opportunity for revenue generation.

\xc2\xb7 Take responsibility for all customer complaint case work ensuring all issues are dealt with in line with Group guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Be an ambassador within the business.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.

\xc2\xb7 Be proactive and adopt a strategic approach to all your activities.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate clearly at all levels within the business.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively manage your time and activities to the highest level of efficiency and output.

\xc2\xb7 To complete the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.

\xc2\xb7 Complete the online training and onsite sessions with your apprenticeship tutor.

\xc2\xb7 Submit all coursework and assignments on time.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly update your apprenticeship assessor regarding the progress of your apprenticeship.

\xc2\xb7 Apply your knowledge obtained from the training to your daily duties.

\xc2\xb7 Comply with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s compliance targets policy and behaviours.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure personal responsibilities under the Group\xe2\x80\x99s H&S policy are understood.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure personal responsibilities under the Group\xe2\x80\x99s environmental policy are understood.

\xc2\xb7 Act in a manner that keeps yourself and your colleagues safe at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Support the target of nil people/vehicle incidents.

The Candidate:

Essential

\xc2\xb7 Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment

\xc2\xb7 Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains and inspires a results-driven approach, focuses on results and critical performance indicators.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies opportunities and is pro-active in putting forward ideas and potential solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Shows by a range of verbal and non-verbal signals that the information being received is understood.

\xc2\xb7 Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel

\xc2\xb7 High level of accuracy and attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Effective organisational skills

\xc2\xb7 Evidence of ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlines.

Desirable

\xc2\xb7 Previous sales experience is desirable but not necessary but the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the knowledge and skills associated with selling is required.
