Due to continued expansion and growth we have an exciting opportunity for an

'Apprentice'

to join #TeamReays in our Sales Department, building key relationships internally and externally and delivering an excellent customer service experience. You will be required to complete a Level 3 Bussiness Appentice course through a local college.

Responsibilities:

Implement best practice customer service standards and working office procedures ensuring these are communicated and adhered to by all parties who impact on the customer experience. Work with the Sales team to improve driver itineraries to reduce the number of driver queries and improve the customer service experience. Maintain proactive, positive communication with drivers regarding bookings of all Reays services. Communicate with managerial staff and other colleagues. Provide timely and accurate reporting as required. Communicate directly with customers and encourage trusting relationships. Have a passion for outstanding customer service, placing our customers at the heart of everything we do. Turn a negative experience into a positive outcome. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Our Requirements

Self-motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills Good standard of education, minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths and English. Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Must be well organised, efficient, personable and be confident to deal with enquiries in person, by telephone and via email.
