Job Description
We are the leading manufacturer and installers of wood windows and doors in the North East and Yorkshire, offering a range of quality windows and doors for the home, retail and commercial markets.
We have over 45 years of experience providing energy efficient solutions for the home.
Due to continued growth we now have an opportunity for two apprentices to work with our high quality installation teams.
Your role & responsibilities will be to: Work effectively maximising time available, working with our joiners and window fitters, learning and asssiting in fitting our products.
Exceeding customer expectations and service proposition are a fundamental part of our business.
You will be supported by the Operations Director, and other site and installation employees.
Qualifications and Skills
This role is a huge opportunity to join an ethical business with a good reputation for its employee relations, the business will invest heavily in your training which will include a training programme with our partners at CITB, costs will cover salary and training, this is a two year apprenticeship with an option to progress to level 3 after 24 months.
It would be ideally suited to this years school leavers and those aged 16-18 year old's but we will consider other age ranges.
You will complete an NVQ Level 2 in Site Joinery with our partners at Middlesbrough College.
We may also employ an already qualified Site Joiner at NVQ Level 3 and we would progress you onto NVQ Level 3, this would have an alternative salary that an NVQ Level 2 Apprentice.
We will also consider apprentices or trainees with other providers who wish a change in direction in their career.
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: From 339.75 per week

Middlesbrough TS6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
