What's the Role About?

As an Operative at Advanced Basements, you'll be part of an established team, working on the frontlines of our projects across Hampshire, Surrey, and London. You'll get hands-on experience applying a range of waterproofing and damp proofing systems and working on general building projects. Whether you have some practical experience or are just getting started, we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to become an expert in the field.

What We're Looking For:

Practical Experience:

Previous construction experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you have a knack for working with your hands--whether through DIY, labouring, or using tools--we want to hear from you.

Positive Attitude:

Motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to learn from the ground up.

Clean UK Driving License:

Essential for meeting up at our Head Office in Aldershot, Hampshire, and traveling to job sites.

Reliable and Punctual:

A team player who takes pride in their work.
