About the role

Support the day-to-day supervision of EV chargepoint installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Develop your site supervision skills through the Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising installation teams (contractors, subcontractors, operatives) Monitor site progress, materials, and resources Support health, safety, and quality compliance Assist with RAMS, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Record site activities, progress reports, and quality checks Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers Support commissioning and testing of installed EV chargepoints Attend training and mentoring sessions
Requirements

Essential Requirements:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C/4+) Interest in construction, infrastructure, and sustainable energy Basic understanding of construction processes and site safety Good organisational and planning skills Confident verbal and written communication Willingness to learn and work safely outdoors Ability to travel to sites

Desirable:

NVQ/Level 2 in Electrical or Construction trade Knowledge of EV charging systems Valid driving licence

Pay: 18,000.00 per year
