We're looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join LaunchPad as
Apprentice Sports Coaches
, helping us deliver our fun, inclusive and high-energyfootball and multi-sports sessions
in primary schools.This is the perfect opportunity for someone starting out in coaching or PE delivery -- where you'll learn from experienced mentors, gain qualifications, and be part of a movement that makes sport the highlight of every child's week.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Coach, you'll support the delivery of our
LaunchPad School Series
,Football Clubs
, andMulti-Sports Clubs
across local schools. You'll help lead games, encourage teamwork, and create sessions that get every child smiling, moving, and improving.What Makes LaunchPad Different

training, mentoring, and coaching qualifications

provided. Ongoing support from the LaunchPad HQ team. Opportunities to progress intoCamp Leader, PE Coach, or School Series Lead
roles.We're Looking for People Who:
Love sport and want to inspire children to enjoy it too. Bring
enthusiasm, energy, and positivity
to every session. Are reliable, well-organised, and confident communicating with children and teachers. Are willing to complete (or already hold)DBS, Safeguarding, and First Aid
certifications. Are available duringschool hours and after-school sessions
