A delightful traditional waterside pub where you can enjoy our quality local cask ales and freshly prepared food.Ye Olde Jolly Sailors location is a superb walking destination and offers all of the attractions at the seaside. A pub with three open fires in the Winter and two fantastic beer gardens in the summer months.

To provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, handling their needs efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming, clean, and friendly environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining the standards and reputation of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and welcome guests warmly. + Assist customers with queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
+ Ensure guests feel valued and satisfied during their visit.
+ Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately. + Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of tables and service areas.
+ Handle payments and operate POS systems..
+ Work closely with other departments and team members + Adhere to health and safety regulations. + Follow company policies and procedures regarding hygiene, food handling, and customer care.









Hours: 40.00 per week

Training Provided:


Level 2 Hospitality Team member qualification. Once a fortnight College attendance. Once a fortnight weekly teams call. Skills officer visits to workplace 6-8 weeks.
