Whilst no specific qualifications are required, Protech Training Academy are keen to recruit professional, organised and driven individuals.
To be considered for this exciting and rewarding opportunity, candidates must not:
Hold any rail related qualifications
Hold an engineering qualification at level 3 or above
Be working towards any other funded apprenticeship programme
Candidates must:
Have a basic level of English and Maths
Be physically and medically fit
Be free of any controlled substances
Be willing to travel
Be living in Wales
Be willing to undertake manual labour in all weather conditions
Be willing to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends (nationwide) in a safety critical environment and as part of a wider team
Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test prior to the enrolment stage.
