About the Role

Are you keen to begin a rewarding career in logistics and customer service? delivered.net is seeking a motivated Apprentice Traffic Clerk / Customer Services Operative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, while developing valuable skills and working towards recognised qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service to our clients, both over the phone and via email.

Assisting with the coordination and tracking of deliveries and collections.

Supporting drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.

Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Learning all aspects of traffic clerking and logistics administration.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (no weekends).

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work well within a team and on your own initiative.

Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and complete apprenticeship training.

Basic IT skills, including familiarity with email and spreadsheets.
