Role Overview:

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Apprentice/Trainee Dental Nurse who is interested in building a rewarding long-term career within dentistry. You will be supported throughout your training and assisted in working towards becoming a qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the dentist chairside during a range of clinical procedures Supporting and reassuring patients before, during and after treatment Following strict infection control and sterilisation procedures Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical notes Monitoring and managing surgery stock and materials Assisting on reception when required

What We're Looking For:

Motivated, reliable and willing to learn A positive attitude and good communication skills Able to work well as part of a team Interest in oral health and patient care No experience required - training will be provided

Salary:

Trainee Dental Nurse:

12.21 per hour

Apprentice Dental Nurse:

Apprentice salary

Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC Registered):

From 26,000 per annum (depending on experience and post-qualification skills)
