As a

Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)

, you'll learn how to inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, and liaise with customers and insurers. You'll be mentored by experienced professionals and supported through industry-recognised training. You will be learning how to:

Assess vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates Use estimating software and manufacturer repair methods Communicate with customers, insurers, and Technicians Maintain accurate records and documentation Uphold our high standards of customer service and professionalism

Essential Skills

4 GCSE grades of Level 4 or above are required for this role Having a full UK driving licence would be great, but commitment to gaining one during your apprenticeship is essential if you don't have one yet! A genuine interest in automotive repair and prestige vehicles Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn new skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Basic IT skills Positive, motivated attitude with a focus on personal development
