Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and creative Apprentice Production Assistant to join our production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about video production and storytelling to gain hands-on experience while working towards a professional qualification.

You'll support the team in the planning, filming, editing, and delivery of video content across a range of projects--from social media clips and promotional videos to interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and operating video, lighting, and sound equipment on shoots Support pre-production activities such as location scouting, shot planning, and script preparation Help organize and maintain video assets, equipment, and hard drives Log footage and assist in basic video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings Manage file backups and ensure media is properly labeled and archived Provide general administrative support to the production team Ensure shoots run smoothly by assisting with scheduling, equipment transport, and on-set tasks

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for video production, media, or filmmaking Willingness to learn and take direction Strong attention to detail and time management skills Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus An interest in storytelling and visual creativity Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Flexible, positive attitude with a proactive approach

Must be eligible for an apprenticeship (no prior qualifications in the same field above Level 3)
