Job Title: Apprentice Fabricator/Welder

Job Overview:

Join our team at Fabrite Group, a leading manufacturer of Structural Steel and Architectural Metalwork. We are seeking apprentice Fabricator/Welder to contribute to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using various tools and techniques. Whilst intending SERC 1 day a week to gain NVQ Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication.

Responsibilities:

- Weld and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

- Work with sheet metal to create structures and products.

- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and welding metal.

- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality work.

- Perform MAG welding and other types of welding as required. Training will be provided

- Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and align metal pieces accurately.

Pay: 8.00-10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
