7.95 per hour (rising to 8.75 after 6 months & between 27000 - 30000pa after 12 months) with the opportunity to earn Profit Share

As an Apprentice Trade Counter & Warehouse Operative, you'll join our local team where your effort genuinely makes a difference - and where long-term, high-earning careers are built from the ground up. You'll gain hands-on experience across both warehouse and trade counter operations, while working toward your Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship. This is more than an apprenticeship - it's the first step in running your own business unit one day.

What You'll Do:

Serve trade and retail customers at the counter and by phone

Help pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Receive and manage deliveries

Keep the warehouse organised and safe

Learn product knowledge and technical basics

Support sales, logistics, and customer service as part of the wider site team

Product knowledge across plumbing and heating
