Role overview
Care Choice North West is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience across administration, recruitment and marketing while completing a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration.
This position is ideal for someone eager to begin their career in a professional environment, develop new skills and contribute to the daily running of our organisation. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and take part in meaningful projects that support the wider business.
Key responsibilities
Provide day to day administrative support, including filing, scanning, data entry and document preparation
Assist with recruitment tasks such as contacting applicants, arranging interviews and preparing candidate packs
Support the marketing activity by helping with content creation, social media activity and basic promotional tasks
Attend meetings, take accurate notes and follow up on actions as required
Communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain organised records and ensure documents are updated and stored correctly
Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
What we are looking for
Genuine interest in business administration and a desire to learn new skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
GCSEs or equivalent, ideally including English and Maths
Professional attitude, good time management and a willingness to get involved
Full time availability, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
