Apprenticeship Operations Lead

and play a pivotal role in shaping our growing apprenticeship provision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational management of apprenticeship delivery processes. Ensure compliance with ESFA/DfE funding rules and Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework (EIF). Manage ILR data submissions and funding claims. Oversee quality assurance processes, audits, and learner progress tracking. Coordinate End-Point Assessments (EPA) and liaise with awarding bodies. Promote safeguarding and Prevent duties, ensuring learner welfare. Support enrolment processes and employer partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of apprenticeship funding rules, ILR requirements, safeguarding, and quality assurance frameworks.

Essential Experience:

Significant experience in apprenticeship delivery, ILR submissions, EPA coordination, and audits.

Skills:

Strong organisational, communication, and data management skills.
